M6S Dual system Electric Heating Coffee Roaster 200-600g（Kaleido & Artisan System)

I read the previous reviews and decided to buy this machine. It is very easy to use, and I am happy with it.

I just received the M6S and couldn’t be happier! After getting an M2 that had issues, I worked with Ting and Kaleido, and they did me right!! Not only did they go above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of, but with the M2, I also appreciated their service so much that I went bigger and sprung for the M6. I’m a few batches in, and as other reviewers said, there’s a little bit of a learning curve, but it’s a new piece of equipment, and that’s to be expected. The coffee I have roasted (correctly) has come out evenly and wonderfully. I love this machine and appreciate the people at Kaleido for ensuring I was happy. I am a Kaleido person through and through now! Take the jump on this machine; you won’t regret it!

I used a small 250-gram household hot-air coffee bean roaster before because the machine had broken down, and then I bought this M6 coffee bean roaster. Initially, I was unfamiliar with it, but I felt good after learning online. I used it and then smoothly contacted the manufacturer for an operation panel. The manufacturer also patiently solved the buyer's problems. I am delighted, and it is a good product worth recommending.

I decided to splurge on this roaster after my trusty old roaster gave up the ghost after eight years of service. The Kaleido is excellent—well made, very quick to roast, and the cooling mechanism cools to room temperature in about 3 minutes! The display makes tracking and tailoring the process easy, and the bean sampler is beneficial for checking things. There is no chaff mess as the collector tray gathers everything. I'm delighted!

Excellent equipment, professional, and easy to use, even for beginners. The dual system and multi-mode give me more choices. I am delighted with the machine.
