M1S Dual system Electric Coffee Roaster 50-200g (Kaleido & Artisan System)

I received the goods. The actual product is consistent with the sender's description. I am very satisfied. The customer service attitude is excellent, very patient, and gives people a sense of intimacy. I like it very much. The packaging is also exquisite, high-end, and classy; it can be seen that the merchant is very attentive.

I watched a lot of content and information on roasting over the last year to understand what I was getting into. The M1 has been perfect. From my first roast I was easily able to implement the things I had learned and have already roasted some of the best coffee I've had.

The shipping was speedy. The package was a wooden box, a cardboard box, and an anti-collision material inside, which was perfect. It was shipped quickly after placing the order, and I received it in about ten days.

The customer service was very positive, and the differences were explained in detail. I bought the latest version and the machine is beautiful and very good.

Started down the rabbit hole of wanting to roast my own green beans. After much research, I found that the M1 was the perfect sample roaster for the amount I want to roast on a monthly basis. I'm about 12 batches in, (I roast 160grams per roast) and so far no issues whatsoever. I've found that the unit roasts pretty consistently back to back. I have not cleaned the drum just yet, but that is my next task to do. The take-down process seems easy based on the videos Kaleido has uploaded and they've included hex tools for you. They also include a replacement heating unit which is nice. So far I've been using the Kaleido system, which is super easy to use, and have yet to try connecting it to Artisan.

Regarding my personal experience, I ordered this unit on a Friday afternoon with 2 Day Prime delivery available. Within a couple hours, the seller's customer service reached out to me saying there was an issue with their records and they did not have any in stock at the fulfillment warehouse. With my approval, they expedited a unit directly from their overseas warehouse, quoting me 15-20 day transit time. However, it came to me as a surprise when I received the unit within 10 days!
