I just received the M6S and couldn’t be happier! After getting an M2 that had issues, I worked with Ting and Kaleido, and they did me right!! Not only did they go above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of, but with the M2, I also appreciated their service so much that I went bigger and sprung for the M6. I’m a few batches in, and as other reviewers said, there’s a little bit of a learning curve, but it’s a new piece of equipment, and that’s to be expected. The coffee I have roasted (correctly) has come out evenly and wonderfully. I love this machine and appreciate the people at Kaleido for ensuring I was happy. I am a Kaleido person through and through now! Take the jump on this machine; you won’t regret it!
