Excellent Quality Built Roaster

This is a great roaster. The roaster heats up very quickly and does an excellent job at roasting coffee very evenly. It took only a few roasts to get to
understand how all the various controls work and get some very drinkable coffee. The model that comes is the very latest with the dual heating
elements, updated control board and dual cooling fans. The fans cool the beans very quickly although they do require a bit of stirring with a wooden
spoon while cooling but it's not a big deal. Kaleido was super responsive in my dealing with them getting back to me always the next day. I have done about 15 roasts so far and zero problems. Also because of the batch size and the fact I only roast to medium, it does not produce a lot of smoke.
