One Year Warranty

For any quality-related issues, we provide a one-year warranty with replacement.

1. Timeframe for Returns/Refunds:

Unopened Products: You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in its original packaging and unused.
Defective/Damaged Items: Report issues within 7 days of delivery by emailing [kaleidosniper@yahoo.com] with order details and photo proof. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund.

Contact us to initiate a return. The buyer covers return shipping unless the error is ours. Refunds are processed within five business days of receiving the returned item.
